Selçuk Mızraklı, former Diyarbakır Metropolitan Municipality Mayor, who was arrested after he was appointed as trustee, appeared before the judge today.
CHP Istanbul Deputy Sezgin Tanrıkulu announced that Selçuk Mızraklı, who was on trial at the Diyarbakır 9th High Criminal Court for his membership in the terrorist organization, was sentenced to 9 years, 4 months and 15 days in prison.
Mızraklı, who was removed from his post in April last year, has been detained in Kayseri Bünyan Prison since October.
