The regulation on the amendment to the regulation on additional payments to the personnel working in the health facilities under the Ministry of Health was published in the repeated number of the Official Gazette.
Additional provisions may be made to the Regulation, “Temporary Article 1 – (1) for three months to be valid as of 1/3/2020, provided that the scope and rate is determined by the Minister in terms of location and / or personnel for three months, without being subject to the principles set forth in this Regulation. The sum of the amount of payment to be made in this way cannot exceed the amount of overtime ceiling supplementary payment ”was added. (IHA)
