Turkey : Five people had high fever at checkpoint

In order to minimize the risk of transmission of corona virus in Rize, the Arrival Control Certificate application continues at the main entrance points of the city. Rize’s main entry points, Alipaşa, Fındıklı, İkizdere and Iyidere counties, passengers are screened by the health personnel of the Provincial Directorate of Health, Provincial Security Directorate and Provincial Gendarmerie Command. The body temperatures of each passenger in the vehicles are scanned with the thermal camera.

SENT TO HOME INSULATION

High fever was detected in five people during the applications at the control point in İkizdere district of Rize’s Erzurum province border. People with high fever were sent to home isolation by medical teams. On the other hand, passengers in each vehicle entering Rize from Artvin direction are also individually checked at the checkpoint in Fındıklı, and an ‘Arrival Control Certificate’ is still being issued for each of them.
