Cem Ulucan, the columnist of the newspaper Ses, who was published in Aydın, and the chairman of the Aydın Metropolitan Journalists Association, shared the news that he was “not one of us lying drunk when his neighbor was sober”.
Ulucan, who removed his sharing on reactions, was called to the Nazilli District Police Department for statement at noon today.
Ulucan, after his statement, was referred to the courthouse with the investigation of the “crime of inciting people to hatred and hostility, provocation and humiliation” opened by the prosecutor’s office. Cem Ulucan was released by the sentry court, with the “International ban and judicial control condition”.
JOURNALIST HAKAN AYGÜN IS ARRESTED
Journalist and presenter Hakan Aygün was also arrested 4 days ago by the Bodrum Magistrate Court due to his sharing on social media.

Aydın Journalists Association President Semra Şener said that the custody of journalist Cem Ulucan due to his social media sharing upset the journalist community.
Sener stated the following in his statement:
* Although the freedom of thinking and expressing thoughts of individuals is a constitutional right, it is also a legal fact that not every expression exceeding its purpose will be deprived of the liberty of individuals.
* With this fact in mind, we constantly seek out a crime and criminals from people’s posts on their social media accounts, we believe that they will find their fairest value in our legal rules.
* On this occasion, I extend my wishes to our colleague Aydın Metropolitan Journalists Association President Cem Ulucan and I believe that justice will be manifested in the most correct way.

AKP Provincial Youth Branch President Ali Demir shared the photo of Cem Ulucan from his social media account and used the following statements:
