The resignation of Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu was not accepted by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
Presidency Communications Presidency announced the decision with the statement: “The resignation of our Minister of Internal Affairs has not been accepted, he will continue his duty.”
After the developments, Presidential Spokesperson İbrahim Kalın made a share from his Twitter account.
Kalin stated that President Erdogan does not accept Soylu’s resignation and that Soylu will continue his duty and said, “No one will hit the ax and our union.”
