Those who saw a human skeleton in the forest area in Karaali District yesterday reported the situation to the gendarmerie. After the gendarmerie’s investigation, the skeleton was removed to the morgue for autopsy.
5 MONTHS 20 DEAD BEFORE
As a result of the autopsy, it was determined that the skeleton belonged to Nihat Doğru, who died on September 17, 2019 after killing 4 people. It was determined that Doğan died 5 months and 20 days ago, while the exact cause of death was not yet known. The investigation is ongoing.
WHAT HAPPENED?
The incident occurred in Karaali District on September 17, 2019. Three months before the incident, Nihat Doğru asked her cousin Bilem Doğru to her brother. However, Bilem Doğru and his family rejected this request. Thereupon, anger started between the two families. Bilem Doğru was engaged to Mahmut Şaban Afsal after a while. Being aware of the engagement, Nihat Doğru raided the house of his cousins with a shotgun. Nihat Doğru fired one after the other from the back window of the house and then from the entrance. Bilem Doğru, her brother İbrahim Doğru, who was preparing the wedding in the attack, and Kerime Afsal, the mother of the groom and Mahmut Şaban Afsal, the daughter of the young girl, died.
