Package tour customers who want a refund due to the Corona virus will be paid within 14 days of the two months after the flight ban is lifted.

It is essential that the refunds made within the scope of Article 16 of this Regulation should be made within fourteen days of the notice of termination reaching the package tour organizer or agent.
However, due to the COVID-19 outbreak, since 5/2/2020 In package returns for the package tour agreements that are envisaged and include air transportation, the flight price paid and documented to the air transport companies by the package tour organizer or agent is returned to the participant within fourteen days following the sixth day after the flight ban is lifted.
Provided that the participant is informed and explicitly approved, the price paid by the participant is refunded within fourteen days following the sixth day after the flight ban has been lifted, except for taxes, fees and similar legal obligations.
