The incident that occurred in the Altinova District of Osmangazi district last year developed as follows:
Nazan Kırkgöz made an agreement with Yusuf Mıcık, where he got into his car, for money and told him to go to an empty land. The two came to the empty land. However, Yusuf Mıcık told the woman that he did not want to have intercourse on empty land.
Nazan Kırkgöz took the cell phone in Yusuf Mıcık’s car and started to flee. Yusuf Mıcık opened fire on Nazan Kırkgöz with the gun he removed from his waist. Kırkgöz was shot in the abdomen and chest. The police, who came to the scene while running away with his car, met the lifeless body of Kırkgöz. Captured in his friend’s house, Mıcık was arrested and sent to prison.

The trial of Yusuf Mıcık, father of 5 children, has been prosecuted for the “deliberate murder”. Mıcık, who attended the hearing with SEGBİS, said:
* On the day of the incident, I received a message on my phone while driving. A woman from the glass said, “Would you like to meet me?” Although I said ‘No’, she got into my car. He wanted to be with me.
* We agreed to 100 liras. I parked my car 150 meters away. I did not accept the relationship because it is a roadside. When he didn’t give the money, he took my phone. There was a rush between us to get the phone.
* I saw a red vehicle coming towards us at that time. To protect myself, I took out my weapon. Meanwhile, my full pistol took two shots. I had no intention of killing intentionally. Nazan was strong like a man.
The court decided to continue the detention of Yusuf Mıcık and postponed the hearing to a later date. (DHA)
