A 75-year-old man fell on his back in the city of Buffalo, New York State, USA after 2 police officers pushed him.
According to the statement made by the district prosecutor upon the incident, the police who pushed the old man were exposed and the investigation continued.
57 police officers who are members of the Buffalo Police Charity Association announced that they have resigned from the association today with disgust after the 2 police officers were taken into custody.
“The 57 members have resigned in disgust because of the treatment only for the 2 policemen who have executed the orders,” said John Evans, President of the Buffalo Charity Association, regarding the resignation of 57 members.
While it is stated that the police have terminated their membership of the association, there is no clear information about whether the police left the organization completely.
