Akhisar district of Manisa was shaken by two consecutive earthquakes in the evening. According to the information received from AFAD, after the first 4.3 magnitude earthquake that occurred at 19.47 in the evening, a second magnitude earthquake with 4.8 magnitude occurred at 20.55. An abandoned building in Akhisar town center collapsed due to the earthquakes that occurred one after the other.
On the other hand, it was noteworthy that citizens who were anxious due to earthquakes did not enter their homes. Akhisar Municipality, which took action for citizens who could not enter their homes due to the earthquake, opened service buildings in different regions for the use of citizens.
