Turkey : Another mask was mandatory in one province!

In the statement made by the Governorship of Ağrı, the Governor of the Provincial General Sanitary Board on 6 July. Stating that he made some decisions under the chairmanship of Osman Varol, the following statements were made:

* In order to prevent the spread of the coronavirus (Covid-19) epidemic, which has recently threatened the whole world and is also seen in our country, additional measures have been taken by the Provincial Pandemic Coordination Board in our province. Provincial Public Sanitary Board According to the 23rd article of the Public Sanitary Law No. 1593, our Governor, Dr. Osman VAROL was convened on 06.07.2020 and the following decisions were taken.

* In this context; The use of masks is compulsory throughout the Province, disinfectants are available in public and private institutions / organizations, especially in crowded environments, high-risk areas, and distances are followed by contact-close contact persons who need quarantine at home, are determined by law enforcement officers for certain periods. Increasing the control activities carried out within the scope, announcing the ‘mask, distance and cleaning measures’ to large masses, billboard etc. to take measures against coronavirus to be taken in the areas, to make announcements by the municipalities after each prayer and at certain intervals in mosques related to these measures,

* Ensuring that the application is carried out in a complete manner within the framework mentioned above by showing the necessary sensitivity on the subject, imposing administrative fines in accordance with the 282th article of the General Sanitary Law regarding those who do not comply with the measures, taking action in accordance with the relevant articles of the law according to the condition of the violation, Turkish penalty regarding the behaviors that constitute the subject of the crime. Within the scope of Article 195 of the Law, it was unanimously decided to initiate the necessary judicial proceedings. IHA
