ARE THE ACCIDENTS TO KEEP THE ACCIDENT RANGE OF RAMADAN SPECIES IN A SOME TIME?
Fasting, which cannot be held in Ramadan or starts and deteriorates, must be accident. In the Quran, “It keeps you on the other days as the number of days you are sick or on a journey and cannot keep.” (Baccarat, 2/184) is commanded.
There is no evidence of accident fasting repeatedly. It is appropriate to keep these fasts as soon as possible without delay. Because this is a God’s right. One does not know when to die.
The accident of fasting of Ramadan can always be done, except when fasting is forbidden. Hz. The Prophet (pbuh) stated that he would not fast in two times, one of which is the first day of Ramadan and the other is the day of sacrifice.
According to Hanafis, if there is no time limit for the accident of Ramadan fasts, these fasts should be tried to be held at the first opportunity possible. According to Shafiis, the fasting that had been hit by an accident in Ramadan should be accident until the next Ramadan. If the accident debt of a Ramadan is fulfilled without any excuse, if the next Ramadan comes, there is an obligation to pay a ransom in addition to the accident debt.
WHAT IS THE PROVISION OF THE CRIMINAL INTEREST?
Deliberately breaking the fasting, that is, knowingly without excuse, is disrespectful to Ramadan and is a great sin. Hz. The Prophet (pbuh) stated that those who break their fast in this way will be obliged by bail. Fasting bail is fasting for two months or 60 days without a break. A person who cannot afford it can feed 60 poor people a day or 60 poor people a day. In addition to this surety, the repentance and the degraded fasting must also have an accident.
