The Ministry of Transport has set the ceiling prices for passenger bus tickets. The communiqué published in the Official Gazette will be implemented until July 31, 2020 in the field of domestic passenger transport by road, taking into account the additional costs incurred by companies carrying out domestic passenger transportation by road as a result of the measures implemented due to the COVID-19 outbreak declared as a pandemic by the World Health Organization.
Accordingly, the ticket price for the base passenger bus to be bought at a distance of 100 kilometers was 100 TL at a distance of 100 kilometers, while the ceiling fee to be purchased at distances of 2001 kilometers and above was determined as 500 TL.
The fee to be collected from the trip, the shortest distance of which is determined as 100 kilometers, will increase as the distance increases. On the other hand, a toll will be added to the lines crossing the Dardanelles. IHA
