Reactions from the CHP and IYİ Party came to the statement of “Tekalif-i Milliye” by AKP President and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, who explained the new measures taken within the scope of the fight against the Corona virus (Covid-19).
“WHAT HAPPENED OUR TREASURY, WE ARE INQUIRY IT”
Making new statements regarding the outbreak measures, Erdogan said, “At the beginning of the War of Independence, Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk issued a 10-item order called Tekalif-i Milliye. A certain proportion of almost every material needed in the war was requested here. Our nation has voluntarily participated in this call for solidarity and did not hesitate to intensify its existence for the future of itself and her children ”.
Making a statement on the subject from his social media account, CHP Yalova former Deputy Muharrem İnce said, “Tekalif-i Milliye is a struggle for survival of a nation that does not have a treasure and lost its human power in wars. Now we ask what happened to our treasure, we question it! “You are trying to channel with the National Budget, but why are you struggling with the epidemic to the nation and compulsory donations?”
“ATATÜRK LEADS EVERY TOMORROW”
In his statement from his social media account, Muharrem Erkek, Deputy Chairman of CHP Legal Policies, says, “They say two drunkards, they take the example of a fezzine compulsory who says” I wish Greek had prevailed “, but they also call it Atatürk. Keeping the precautions taken in a country’s economy, where grief is over with the orders of the Nationalist Orders, is a complete insolvency… ”.

Another name that reacted to Erdogan’s statements was Dursun Atase, a member of the IYI Party Kayseri.

WHAT IS TEKALİF-İ NATIONALITY?
It is the “National Liability” orders issued by the Commander-in-Chief Mustafa Kemal Pasha using the legislative power given to him by law to meet the needs of the army and prepare for the Battle of Sakarya before the Battle of Sakarya, which is one of the turning points of the War of Independence. It was published on August 7, 1921 and its sum is ten articles:
* A Single Proposal National Commission will be established in each district.
* The people will deliver their weapons and ammunition to the army in 3 days.
* Every family will dress up a soldier.
* 40% of the food and clothing items will be confiscated and will be repaid later.
* 40% of all clothing items in the hands of traders will be confiscated and will be repaid later.
* 40% of all kinds of machine vehicles will be seized
* 20% of the passenger animals and vehicles in the hands of the people will be confiscated.
* All unclaimed goods will be seized.
* All business owners such as blacksmiths, foundries, farmers, tailors and carpenters will work under the command of the army.
* Vehicles of the people will provide free military transportation to a distance of 100 km once.
