WHAT IS HASIMATO DISEASE?

* Marine fish contain abundant iodine. It should be consumed abundantly. Prefer small fish that do not contain heavy metals such as sardines, anchovies.

* One of the measures taken to prevent thyroid diseases is the addition of iodine into the table salt. But instead of refined salts containing harmful substances, prefer naturally iodine-rich rock salt.
