– After logging into E State, write “free mask request” in the search bar.
– Fill in your personal information and contact information on the page that opens
– If you want to add other family members, use the ‘Add Family’ option and enter the identity information of that person in the same way.
– Finally, after confirming the security question and the correctness of the information you provided, press the “Order Mask” button at the bottom.

WHEN WILL FREE MASKS BE DELIVERED?
Citizens will be able to order one packet, or 5 masks per week, and will be able to provide 5 masks for them by entering the identification numbers of their family members during these orders. If your free mask order via E state is approved, an order confirmation code should be displayed. You can follow the ePTTAVM site with your order code. The process is estimated to be 3 to 5 days.
