* The husband of the servant, who has been working in Bayam’s house for 12 years, fired at the door of the house where he came to kill his wife due to a divorce case, and then attorney Bayam, who turned to the door on the sound of a gun.
* While the wife of the suspect was injured by a bullet that scratched his head, our colleague Berrin Bayam was seriously injured by deadly bullets that hit many parts of his body.
* We have learned that the suspect was caught and detained with the weapon used by Mudanya district gendarmerie command teams in crime.
* While the investigation of the Mudanya Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office is ongoing, it is clear that the incident was the result of both the dimension of violence against women and the lawyers being kept identical with the cases they are facing. We condemn the attack and wish our colleague immediate healing.
