İsmaili stated that Iranian Religious Leader Ayatollah Khamenei’s amnesty decision for prisoners does not include criminals that pose a threat to the society. Under the amnesty decision approved by the religious leader, approximately 10,000 prisoners will be released completely. ”
The Iranian Judiciary Spokesperson stated that according to the first determinations, 10 thousand prisoners will be released by the decision of amnesty and said, “There are also political prisoners in these 10,000 prisoners.”
