The arrest warrant was issued against Enis Berberoğlu, CHP, whose deputies were reduced at the General Assembly of the Parliament. After the decision, Berberoğlu was detained.

CHP Deputy Chairman Tuncay Özkan announced the news of his detention on social media. Özkan said, “Enis Berberoğlu is currently in custody in Istanbul. Homeland is being taken to safety. Why is that? Why so much persecution? Why so much cruelty to a person who will go to the prosecutor himself tomorrow? ” used expressions.
NAMES WITH HDP ARRESTED
In the General Assembly of the Turkish Grand National Assembly, the deputies of CHP Istanbul Deputy Enis Berberoğlu and HDP Diyarbakır Deputy Musa Farisoğlulları and Hakkari Deputy Leyla Güven, whose sentences have been approved but the files have not been decided in the Constitutional Court (AYM), have been reduced.
After this decision, Farisoğlulları and Güven with HDP were detained and transferred to the courthouse. HDP’s Musa Farisoğulları and Leyla Güven, who were detained in Diyarbakır, were arrested by the court on duty.
