Scientists at the University of Washington, Seattle, USA found that Covid-19 was more lethal than seasonal flu.
According to research by Anirban Basu, a professor at the Faculty of Pharmacy at Washington University, the corona virus is far more lethal than the flu.
1.3 PERCENT DEADLY
According to research done on public data, the death rate of corona virus in the USA is 1.3 percent higher than seasonal flu. Pointing out that the seasonal flu killing rate is 0.1 percent, Basu explained that Covid-19 is more lethal in general.
Looking at the region, scientists who did not calculate the city of New York, where the people who lost their lives due to the corona virus in the country, did not calculate, “The number of cases and deaths in New York was changing very fast”.
