With the signature of President Erdoğan, the Presidential Decree regarding the course and additional course hours of the managers and teachers of the Ministry of Education was published in the Official Gazette.
A provisional article was added to the Decision on the Course and Additional Class Hours of the Ministry of National Education Administrators and Teachers, which were previously enacted by the Council of Ministers Decision No. 11350.
In the provisional article added, “In the 2019-2020 academic year, those working under sub-paragraph (a) of subparagraph (a) of subparagraph (a) of sub-clause (2) and sub-clause (2) of subparagraph (2), The educational institutions are deemed to have performed the additional course duties on the days they are on holiday and benefit from the additional course fee in return.
In this context, those who are paid are obliged to fulfill these duties without paying additional tuition fees in case they are given compensation training and distance education activities for the days of holidays. The payments made within the scope of the first paragraph are collected from those who do not fulfill these obligations ”. (IHA)
