At the meeting chaired by Atakum Mayor Cemil Deveci, AKP Group Spokesperson Recep Kemal Certel claimed that there were irregularities in cleaning tenders. Responding to Certel’s claims, President Cemil Deveci said:

* While taking this tender, we took these situations into consideration. ^ We said, “Let the machine park be wide, get new and avoid setbacks.” The vehicles of the company that did this job in the previous period were 2009-2010 models. These complaints came to you. It collects garbage, but when it starts to move, garbage water flows behind it. We have made the requirement that the vehicles should be higher models.

WON THE LOWEST PROPOSAL GIVES
* There is no irregularity in the tender, there is no corruption there. In a tender open to everyone, “Why did the winning company win?” Is asked. He won because he made the lowest bid. That’s the spirit of tender, that’s the essence. If there is public damage here, go to file a criminal complaint. If there is public damage, it will appear, but it does not exist.
