Turkey : Umrah returners in quarantine reach their hometown

Within the scope of the coronavirus measures by the Ministry of Health, 2 thousand 200 people were brought to the two dormitories in Konya on March 15, after it was decided to place the hopeful returners in the dormitories affiliated with the Credit Dormitories Institution (KYK).

Those who filled the quarantine period and found the ‘Kovid-19’ test negative were released today and sent to their hometown by buses.

62 of the evacuees reached their hometown Karaman. 62 people brought to the intercity bus terminal, their fevers were measured and health checks were done by the medical officers before being taken off the buses.

Then, they were reminded that they would stay in their quarantine for 14 more days, not to accept visitors and what to do. 1 person was allowed to meet them. After the transactions were completed, they were delivered to their families. (DHA)
