We sent the veteran journalist Ertuğrul Akbay to eternity as a result of his discomfort on March 7, 2019.
Ertuğrul Akbay, the father of Burak Akbay, the legendary “Shadow Man”, the owner of SÖZCÜ Newspaper, who is known as “24-hour journalist” in Bab-ı Ali, and his family, lovers and commemorated by his colleagues at his tomb in Istanbul Zincirlikuyu Cemetery.

Ertuğrul Akbay, who is remembered with longing and love, has complemented his 80 years of professional life with his legendary interviews and his book titled “Half of the Road 75 Years” and set an example for young journalists with more than half a century of professional experience.
