* Applications will be made in the form of an online application from our university’s web site “https://www.ege.edu.tr” within 15 days following the day the announcement is published in the official newspaper. Applications made in person or by mail will not be accepted.
* Candidates must first log in to the online application page to be found in the announcements at “https://www.ege.edu.tr” address, the information on the “Job Application Form” and other requested documents (learning document, KPSS result document and requested For the titles, they will complete their online applications by uploading them to the relevant fields, such as experience certificate, certificate of use, etc., and clicking the “Save” button.
* Candidates will apply for a single title by specifying a qualification code. If an application with more than one qualification code is made, both applications will be deemed invalid.

Ege University
A) General Conditions:
1) be a citizen of the Republic of Turkey.
2) To meet the conditions stated in the article 48 of the Civil Servants Law No. 657.
3) To have done military service for male candidates, to be exempted or postponed.
4) KPSS (P3) score will be taken from the 2018 KPSS (B) group exam for undergraduate graduates and KPSS (P93) for Associate Degree graduates.
5) Not having any pension or old age pension from any Social Security Institution.
B) Documents Required:

2- Diploma Copy and Graduate Certificate (It will be taken from the e-government.)

7- Document indicating military status in men (can be obtained from E-Government)

C) Other Information:
1) While working as a contract in Public Institutions and Organizations in accordance with article 4 / B of the Civil Servants Law No. 657, those whose contracts have been terminated by the Institution for any reason, or dated 06/06/1978 within the contract period for any reason. Except for the exceptions determined by the Council of Ministers decision no 7/15754, those who terminate their contracts unilaterally are not employed in contracted personnel positions for one year from the date of termination.
2) As of the publication date of the announcement, applicants will be accepted from the web site of our institution http://www.ege.edu.tr. Those who fill out the application form incorrectly or who submit the missing document will not be accepted.
3) The application results will be announced at http://www.ege.edu.tr within 5 working days from the deadline, with the original list and 3 times the reserve.
4) In case of hesitation in the documents and information declared by the candidates at the end of the application, they will be confirmed from the relevant institutions. The applications of the candidates who make false statements will not be accepted and will be processed according to the general provisions.
5) Those who will be successful in the evaluations to be made and will be started to work; In the units where they will be employed, they will be subject to the working hours and procedures that other staff in the same class are subject to.
6) List of successful candidates, documents required for their employment, time and place of application, etc. All of the information will be announced on the http://www.ege.edu.tr web address. Candidates will also not receive a written notification.
7) Written declarations and health reports related to their health status will be requested from the personnel who are eligible to be appointed in order to perform their duties properly.
