HOW TO GET THE DRIVER DOCUMENT APPOINTMENT?
Population and Citizenship Affairs are carried out by appointment from the Alo 199 Call Center or the driver’s license on the www.nvi.gov.tr web portal.
WHERE IS THE DRIVER DOCUMENT APPLICATION MADE?
The driving license application is made to the population directorates by appointment or without appointment via the Head Office web portal or via the Call Center.
WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR RENEWAL LICENSE?
Some documents are required to renew your license. These documents are as follows,
– Your old driving license
– Your Identity Card (Identity Card – New ID Card or Passport)
– Driver becomes medical report,
– 2 biometric photos,
– Fingerprint you will give at the Population Directorate,
– Driver license renewal fee + Foundation Fee
– The document that determines the blood group (You can also declare).

CAN DRIVER CERTIFICATE APPLICATIONS BE MADE FROM EVERY DISTRICT?
While driving license applications were made to 596 police departments before, as of 02.04.2018, the number of application centers has been increased to 680 district population offices. Application centers can be seen in the appointment section on the NVIGM website.
WHY SHOULD I GET A NEW TYPE DRIVE CERTIFICATE?
Since the validity period of the old type driver license will expire on 31.12.2022, a new type of driver license must be obtained.
WHAT ARE THE FEATURES OF THE NEW TYPE DRIVE CERTIFICATE?
It is laser printed on polycarbonate and the new type driver’s license is more durable and long-lasting than the old type driver’s license due to its polycarbonate structure.
HOW SHOULD I CHANGE THE OLD TYPE DRIVER CERTIFICATE?
You have to change it until 31.12.2022.

New Type (Driver’s Documents Taken After 2016) Fee for the Renewal of Driver’s Licenses (TL)
“Foundation Service Fee” is 37,00 TL for the Turkish Police Service Strengthening Foundation Accounts
“Valuable Paper Price” 200,00 TL to Bank Accounts with Tax Collection Authority
Fee for First Time Driver’s License Acquisition or Class Addition Procedures (TL)
“Foundation Service Fee” is 37,00 TL for the Turkish Police Service Strengthening Foundation Accounts

For “A, A1, A2, F” classes (including Disabled “A” Certificates), tuition fee is 249,30 TL for Bank Accounts Authorized for Tax Collection Authorization.
Tuition fee for class “B” (including Disabled “B” Certificates) 751,70 TL
For “B1, BE, C1, C1E, C, CE, D1, D1E, D, DE, G, M” classes, a fee of 1254.20 TL should be paid to the bank accounts for which the fee is charged.
