Police Vocational Training Centers add thousands of police candidates every year. New police officers participated in the POMEM 26th term exam results. There is no explanation about the process yet, but it is thought that it will start soon after Süleyman Soylu’s statements.
WHEN POMEM POLICE PURCHASE?
Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu made the following statement about POMEM police procurements; Minister Soylu said, “Their demands are highly respected. They say that. We went for the 7 thousand police procurement. They say that this is 10 thousand with a spare. I have no such right. The legal aspect of the exam will be crippled when I receive it. It could be something like this. I talked to him with my friends. Let’s get another 3,000 cops. It may be a year later. If we start now, it may be years later. If we take 3 thousand police officers, there is an economic responsibility, ” he said.
There is no official information shared by the EGM or the Police Academy regarding the POMEM police procurement. However, it is expected to be announced soon after Süleyman Soylu’s comments.
WHO CAN APPLY TO POMEM?
The following conditions are sought for candidates who will apply to POMEMs;
a) T.C. be a citizen,
b) Having graduated from associate degree, undergraduate degree or abroad higher education institutions whose equivalence is accepted by the Council of Higher Education,
c) KPSS license score made by the Measurement Selection and Placement Center in 2017 or 2018 for undergraduate graduates is the P3 score type (60.00), and the KPSS associate score for the associate graduates in 2016 is the base score, or P93 score type (70.00). to have a score on,
ç) KPSS license score for the martyrs or duty disabled spouse and their children in 2017 or 2018 is at least (48.00) of the P3 score type, and the base score of the KPSS associate score made in 2016 is the P93 score type (56.00). or scoring higher, (Spouses and children of those working in the Police Department or retired from the Police Service are not included in this scope.)
d) In the age corrections made after the completion of 18 years of age, the age before the correction is taken into consideration, not to be older than 30 years of age as of 31 December of the year the exam was held (born on 31 December 1989 and later),
e) Not being shorter than 162 cm for women and 167 cm for men, body mass index being between 18 (inclusive) and 27 (inclusive),
f) Not to have a legal obstacle to carry weapons or perform armed duties,
g) To carry the conditions determined in the Health Conditions Regulation in terms of health status,
ğ) Even if the periods specified in article 53 of the Turkish Penal Code No. 5237 dated 26/9/2004 have passed, the candidate himself and his wife, if married;
1) Not to be sentenced to one year or more in prison for a year or more, even if it was decided to leave the announcement of the sentence due to a deliberate crime,
2) Crimes against the security of the state, crimes against the constitutional order and the functioning of this order, embezzlement, extortion, bribery, theft, fraud, fraud, misuse of trust, fraudulent bankruptcy, tender, Not to be convicted for misconduct to execution of performance, money laundering assets, smuggling or crimes against sexual immunity, or to have no ongoing investigation or prosecution or prosecution due to these crimes,
h) The candidate himself and his wife, if married; Having worked in a brothel, junction, appointment house, prostitution, and similar places, or not acting in mediation and guardianship, producing and selling all kinds of written, audio and video works contrary to general morality and morality, or gambling, drugs or not to continue any judicial or administrative investigation or prosecution due to the stimulant, not to apply administrative sanction or to be convicted due to these works,
ı) To submit a written statement on the date of application that there are no members of any political party or its subsidiaries,
i) Not being treated or receiving treatment due to the use of alcohol, drugs or stimulants,
j) Not to be deprived of exercising public rights,
k) Except for the provisions of the Health Regulation, not being removed from the police training institutions,
l) Security investigation and archive research to be positive.
m) Not being present in silahalt according to the Military Law No. 1111 as of the date of adaptation training for male candidates.
