Saraç’s comments are as follows:
* Universities with suitable infrastructure can provide distance education.
* The content needs of universities will be met by YÖK.
COMMON COURSES WILL BE PUBLISHED FROM TRT
* On 23 March, distance learning process will start with digital opportunities in our universities that have distance education capacity. For the universities that do not have this capacity, an open course materials pool will be opened on 23 March.
* Common lessons will be published for university students via TRT.
