The decision, signed by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, said:
* ARTICLE 1- Within the scope of the measures taken in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 epidemic disease in the People’s Republic of China and spread to many countries; From the date of publication of this decision until the date of 30/04/2020, all execution and bankruptcy proceedings related to child support receivables and the periods related to these follow-ups have been stopped and no execution and follow-up procedures have been carried out within this framework. It was decided not to receive their demands and to execute and execute injunctional lien decisions.
* In cases where the goods or rights declared by the enforcement and bankruptcy offices are within the stop dates of the increase day, the sales day is given for these goods or rights after 30/04/2020 without seeking a new request.
* In this case, the sales announcement is made only on the National Judicial Network Information System (UYAP) Enforcement Goods Electronic Sales Portal.
* ARTICLE 2- This decision comes into force on the date of publication.
* ARTICLE 3- The Minister of Justice executes the provisions of this decision.
