The deadly corona virus emerging in China and spreading around the world continues its effect in Europe.
British Health Minister Matt Hancock said in a statement that they are seeking 250,000 volunteers to help Britain’s National Health Service (NHS) and vulnerable citizens affected by the corona virus outbreak.
“We’re looking for a quarter of a million volunteers and people with good health to support people who need help with the NHS, shop, deliver medicines, and maintain their health,” said Minister Hancock.
It was stated that the volunteers will be asked to help them to buy and distribute medicines from pharmacies, take the patients to their appointments in the hospital and call people who isolate themselves at home.
It is stated that it is aimed to reach 1.5 million people with this system.(IHA)
