The Ministry of Internal Affairs sent additional circulars to 81 provincial governorships. It was stated in the Circular that markets could operate until 19.00 at the latest. In addition, the circular said, “The activities of all markets where clothing, toys, ornaments, bags, etc. are sold in exhibitions and stalls, especially those called social markets, will be temporarily suspended as of 17:00 on 27.03.2020”.
