U.S. President Donald Trump made a statement regarding the new type of Corona virus (Kovid-19) outbreak that occurred in Wuhan, China, and also spread to U.S. territory.
Trump stated that the risk that the virus poses to the USA is still very low, and that Washington is “very, very ready” in the face of the increase in cases.
“We are ready to do whatever it takes if the epidemic spreads,” said Trump. “The Chinese President is working hard to combat the spread of the Corona virus.”
‘WE REQUESTED 2.5 BILLION DOLLARS FROM THE CONGRESS’
Reminding that they demand 2.5 billion dollars of funds from Congress to fight Corona virus, the President of the USA stated that ‘they may need more’ and said:
* We wanted 2.5 billion and we think it’s a lot, but Democrats and I think Senator Schumer wants us to get more of this.
* We have 15 patients and some of them are getting better. At some point, we may need to restrict travels from Italy and South Korea, but now is not the right time.
