The Minister of National Defense Hulusi Akar spent the night with the Commander of the Land Forces Gen. Ümit Dündar and Commander of the Air Forces Gen. Hasan Küçükakyüz at the Tactical Command Center at the zero point in Hatay.
Minister Akar, who directed and conducted the operation carried out by land and air support vehicles for the regime targets in Idlib until daylight, said, “Our troops in Idlib were subjected to a low air attack in order to provide a ceasefire, prevent migration and end the humanitarian drama in the region. “Our 33 hero gunmates were martyred, 32 hero gunmates were injured.”

Stating that the attack was carried out even though the locations of the troops were previously coordinated with the officials of the Russian Federation, Minister Akar said, “Although the locations of our troops were coordinated with the officials of the Russian Federation in the field, this attack was carried out, unfortunately, despite the warning after the first shot. the attack continued. Even ambulances were hit during these air strikes. ”
Akar continued his speech as follows:
* I would also like to point out that there were no armed groups around our troops during this attack. After the treacherous attack, more than 200 regime targets were immediately heavily fired with our aircraft, SİHA and black fire support vehicles.
* As a result of these shots, 5 helicopters, 23 tanks, 10 armored vehicles, 23 guns and howitzers of various types and diameters, 5 ammunition trucks, an SA-17, an SA-22 air defense system, 3 ammunition depots, 2 material depots, a headquarters building and 309 regimes have been militarily neutralized.

Wishing condolences to the martyrs, their condolences to their families, the TSK and the noble nation, Minister Akar also wished healing to the wounded soldiers.
