Turkey : Record hike from CHP president to workers

Alpu Mayor Gürbüz Güller from CHP and Ahmet İş Moripek, Mayor of the Municipality Trade Union Eskişehir Branch, who took over the municipality with a debt of 50 million lira from the AKP in the local elections of 31 March and had a hard time due to the debts, reached an agreement.

In the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the mayor and the union president, it was decided to raise the workers 42 percent for the first year and 15 percent for the second year.

“THE DEBT OF OUR NAME TO GIVE THE RIGHT”

Alpu Mayor Gürbüz Güller said, “It is our duty to give our workers the right to sweat the forehead of our workers. We made a good increase in both their salaries and social rights to our working brothers and sisters. I also believe that we have resolved our workers ‘brothers’ concerns to a great extent. I express that we are always with our employees. ”

‘THE SMALLEST SMOOTH WAS NOT LIVED’

Municipality Employment Union Eskişehir Branch President Ahmet Recep Moripek stated that they received a good rate of increase for the workers working in the municipality. There was not the slightest roughness during the negotiations. The sweet end was reached with mutual understanding and dialogue and the procedure was completed. We would like to thank our president, who respects his right by paying his workers’ labor, and who works in the best way of social municipalism, who is passionate with his people and hand in hand. ”
