Turkey : 2 pilot suspects in plane crash at Sabiha Gökçen Airport

An investigation was launched by the Anatolian Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office about the plane crash that occurred at Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 18.19 yesterday, 3 people died and 180 people were injured.

TWO PILOTS WILL EXPRESS

There has been a new development within the scope of the investigation launched on the crime of “causing the death and injury of more than one person by negligence”. It was found out that 2 pilots of the plane were suspicious within the scope of the investigation.

In addition, it was learned that the prosecutor’s office asked the 2 pilots to take blood samples to determine whether there was alcohol or drugs in the pilots’ blood. While it is learned that the security camera images that see the track where the accident occurred are also requested, the pilots will testify after their treatment.

TOWER AND SQUARE OFFICERS WILL BE BRIDGED TO THE JUSTICE
