30 provinces with metropolitan status (Adana, Ankara, Antalya, Aydın, Balıkesir, Bursa, Denizli, Diyarbakır, Erzurum, Eskişehir, Gaziantep, Hatay, Istanbul, İzmir, Kahramanmaraş, Kayseri, Kocaeli, Konya, Malatya, Manisa, Mardin, Mersin, Muğla , Ordu, Sakarya, Samsun, Şanlıurfa, Tekirdağ, Trabzon, Van) and the curfew imposed on Zonguldak has ended.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs said, “The city entrance / exit restriction for 31 provinces and the restrictions on the curfews of our citizens aged 65 years and over with chronic illnesses and our children / young people under 20 years of age (except for exceptions) will continue in the same way”.
The ministry said that during the four-day period, 63 million 640 thousand citizens in 31 provinces have achieved a high level of compliance with the curfew decision.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs also announced that a total of 35 thousand 422 people who did not comply with the rules were either judicial or administrative.
